I proudly embrace my diverse heritage, which includes Ngarabul, Torres Strait Islander, and Celtic roots. This rich blend of cultures deeply influences my artistic practice, inspiring me to weave together stories and traditions from each of these unique backgrounds. My work is a celebration of cultural heritage and a medium through which I explore themes of identity, connection, and resilience.

Experience in Schools
As an artist dedicated to cultural safety in education, I lead creative workshops celebrating the rich artistic traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. Within schools past, such as Deepwater State School, YMCA, Mueller College, and Emmaville State School, my workshops focus on painting with acrylics and watercolours, guiding students to create stunning representations of native animals through botanical art. My classes are designed to foster a culturally safe environment where students can explore their creativity while gaining a deeper understanding of Indigenous perspectives and practices. By integrating traditional techniques and storytelling into our art sessions, we create a space where all voices are valued and cultural heritage is honoured.
