

This is a large Gaudi Painting and Collage Project where students will:
- Learn about the architect Antoni Gaudi through discussion and making a research page.
- Draw natural forms in a range of media.
- Use their drawings to create a range of radial compositions.
- Paint and collage their favourite composition.

Yes, it’s big!
Materials required: Any natural forms (such as shells and bones) so your students can draw from direct observation. Sketchbooks for paper for natural forms drawings. A range of drawing media. Large paper*, pencils, old magazines, glue, scrap paper. A large or long armed compass.
*The example final outcome in the PowerPoint was on A2 paper which is approximately 16.5 x 23.4 inches.
The first section of the PowerPoint and the 9 pages of original Gaudi images are included in the Gaudi Mirror Frame project published in January 2024.
