How to Clean a Paintbrush

This video ‘ How to Clean a Paintbrush ‘ is a bit of fun but has a serious message if you want to keep your sanity and your brushes clean.  I show this to all my classes and it’s very satisfying to see them clean brushes properly.

I’ve asked students to watch this for homework and then asked them to describe the process at the start of the next lesson.  I love homework that teaches valuable skills but doesn’t have to be marked!  In fact, I have a free resource that lists a range of art homework that doesn’t need marking.
